Can I interchange clubs?
Will all clubs fit?
To a large extent yes. Due to the ever increasing lengths of drivers, we do need to accommodate this in a set position along with two other wood positions. There is however flexibility to rearrange many of your irons or interchange them with rescue and utility clubs.
We will be publishing an ongoing list of suitable clubs on the website as shortly as possible. In the meantime please ask if in doubt.
If you receive the product and have a club that will not fit, if you let us know within 14 days, we will endeavour to provide a new club holder free of charge or you can return the product to us for credit (see terms and conditions).
What warranty is there with the product?
We will be offering a 2yr warranty on the evolution product (excluding the battery which is warranted for 1 yr), when purchased via telephone or on line
Is it heavy?
Compared with a market leading electric trolley and bag, it’s the same, compared to a manual pull trolley and bag its similar. Compared to a carry bag, it’s definitely heavier.
What if something goes wrong with the evolution?
We have a sales support that will be available 5 days a week. We will collect your evolution within 48hrs (collections mon-sat, mainland UK) and replace it with new or carry out the necessary repair. We will endeavor to provide you with your repaired or new product within 3-5 working days.
Can I buy spares?
If you require spares once your warranty has ended, you will be able to buy individual components that can be changed by the golfer. Some items may require factory fitment however. Please contact us by telephone for any spares requirement.
Can I upgrade from manual to electric?
Absolutely. We offer a ‘power kit’ which takes a few minutes to fit. The finished product is exactly the same as the electric evolution purchased from new.
Will it fit in my car?
Don’t be fooled into thinking its longer than an existing bag. Remember once your long woods are in your bag the evolution is only a little longer than your existing kit. Simply take out the longest club/s, flick up the lever on the top of the selector knob and push the bag down. You have a much smaller unit. For actual dimensions see the technical page.
Can I take it abroad? (on a plane?)
Yes. Evolution has a very strong, near unbreakable plastic shell. The door can be locked, but check which country you are traveling to as some insist now that no cases are locked, ready for security inspection. We will be offering a simple black nylon overbag to cover the unit in, to prevent snagging of the product on other luggage, handling equipment and so forth.
Is the mechanism to choose a club electric?
No, its an indexed rotating shaft that is manually turned.
What about an umbrella?
We have two positions for the KAALA windbuster umbrella. Mounted near to the extending handle, or optionally you can buy an external mounted holder for the umbrella.
Some ladies like to have an external putter holder, can you do this?
Yes the external umbrella holder is also designed to take a putter shaft.

Not at all. ABS plastic is incredibly strong. All plastic like metals or textile will scratch if abused hard enough, but the Evolution will take equally if not more knocks than conventional bags.
Can it really be personalized?
We want to provide the best functioning product around that has style and grace. We welcome enquiries to customize the Evolution – our imagination is only limited by your budget!
Will the clubs get stuck inside?
Each club has an individual position for the club head to sit into and the individual club shafts are held safely in place. The clubs are therefore hindered from lateral movement once inserted into their respective holders
Where can I buy it?
You can purchase on line or by telephone from 3rd Apr 2006. We should have in place a network of golf retailers by June/July to allow you to view the product more closer to your home
Will my putter fit?
Most putters do fit, although broom and belly putters are too long. A ‘thumb’ putter and other standard length putters can be housed in the external optional putter holder. If you would like to check that the head of a standard length putter fits inside, please click here. This image can be printed off your computer at 100% scale (full size), you will then be able to stand your putter on it to check if it fits.
Are their enough pockets for my gear?
There is a large top pocket area. This is split vertically into two halves:
The right (viewed from behind) is a top to bottom space which easily takes your wet weather gear. On the outside of this there is a smaller pocket for mobile phone or wallet. The left hand side has two pockets, a smaller top for tees, keys, pitch repairer, wallet, markers etc and a larger bottom one for bottles of water, balls etc.
There is also a further pocket area which is near the base by the wheels. If you can image panniers on a bike they are similar to this. As there are two, which sit either side of the wheel chassis legs (they appear black on all the images of the bag, below the coloured larger top pocket area). These have mesh to the outer side in which you can fit 2-3 balls (in each), plus additional space for more small items.
All pockets are zipped and have double pulls so that they can be zipped or unzipped from either end.
